At UrbanEase, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 3days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, accessories, manuals, or complimentary items.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Return Timeframe

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7days of receiving return authorization.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take up to 7days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items when:

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • A replacement has been approved by our support team.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A full refund

  • Store credit, where appropriate

No additional return shipping charges will apply for approved damaged or defective item claims.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

Additional exclusions may apply depending on the product category.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Seller Error or Defective Products

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, UrbanEase will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
